ABOUT RVLA: The Association was formed in 2004 as a forum for local Landlords property owners, agents and tenants, to better manage their properties. In addition, members exchange ideas from topics ranging from maintenance, eviction laws and the marketing of their properties. Existing and pending legislation affecting Tenant / Landlord relationship is also monitored. Our members offer the regions a depth and breadth of the experience unparalleled in the River Valley. We also count ourselves members of the state Landlord’s Association and actively support legislation and legislators that support our social and economic goals.
